Erin Watson, MSW LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with over 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families on a variety of challenging issues. Erin received her graduate degree from St. Ambrose University. Her postgraduate career as a school social worker has afforded her the opportunity to utilize many evidence-based methods of therapy and interventions that have been proven effective with her target population.
Erin has extensive experience in working with children and adolescents with ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Depression, Executive Functioning challenges, as well as other behavioral and developmental disorders that impair social and functional skills. Erin also has experience working with at-risk teens who have found themselves indifferent toward school success and who are repeating patterns of failure within their lives. While working with the teen population, she has focused on breaking these patterns of failure, as well as setting and achieving workable goals, and building resiliency.
Her therapeutic experience includes, individual and small group counseling and therapy, facilitating social skills groups, solution focused goal achievement, and trauma informed approaches. Erin’s experience was not only with the children and adolescents she worked with, but also extended to their families.
Erin was born and raised in Canton, Illinois and continues to reside in the area with her husband. Choosing to remain close to her roots as well as being active within her community has allowed her to have a vested interest in the overall well being of her fellow community members. Erin is focused on reaching as many individuals and families that she can, building on their strengths, and helping them discover that they have the power to implement the positive change they seek.
Jessica Allen, MSW LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with over 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families on a variety of challenging issues. Jessica received her graduate degree from the University of Southern California with a specialization in Military Social Work.
Her postgraduate career as a social worker has included foster care casework, intensive placement stabilization for youth in care, crisis intervention for teenagers experiencing family conflict, child welfare counseling for children and adults, domestic violence counseling, hospital-based medical social work, as well as case management for previously homeless individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. She also has a passion for working with those who have experienced trauma.
Her therapeutic experience includes individual and small group counseling and therapy, co-facilitating social skills, parenting, and teen life skills groups, child problem sexual behavior assessment, and play therapy. Jessica’s background has afforded her the opportunity to work with a diverse population of individuals and families experiencing a variety of issues.
Jessica lives in Fairview, IL with her husband and daughter. She is looking forward to helping individuals and families reach their goals, restoring an overall sense of well-being.
