Erin Watson, MSW LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with over 18 years of experience working with children and adolescents. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, from Western Illinois University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work, from St. Ambrose University, Erin spent much of her post graduate career in public education, as a School Social Worker. Her diverse career experiences have afforded her many opportunities to utilize evidence-based methods of therapy and interventions that have been proven effective with her target population, for a variety of challenging issues.
Erin has extensive experience with ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Depression, Executive Functioning challenges, as well as other behavioral and/or developmental disorders that impair social and functional living skills. She also has experience navigating Illinois special education processes and procedures. Her therapeutic experience includes, individual and small group therapy; social skills groups; solution focused therapy (targeted goal achievement); and she utilizes trauma informed approaches almost exclusively.
Erin was born and raised in Canton, Illinois and currently resides in the Canton area with her husband. In 2014, she opened Watson Center for Wellness, in the heart of her hometown. Being an active member within her community and with a variety of community organizations, Erin maintains a vested interest in the overall well-being of her fellow community members. She is focused on reaching as many individuals and families she can, building on their strengths, and helping them discover that they have the power to implement the positive changes they seek.
Jessica Allen, MSW LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with over 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families on a variety of challenging issues. Jessica received her graduate degree from the University of Southern California with a specialization in Military Social Work. Her background has afforded her the opportunity to work with a diverse population of individuals and families experiencing a variety of issues.
Her postgraduate career as a social worker has included foster care casework, intensive placement stabilization for youth in care, crisis intervention for teenagers experiencing family conflict, child welfare counseling for children and adults, domestic violence counseling, hospital-based medical social work, as well as case management for previously homeless individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness.
Her therapeutic experience includes individual and small group therapy; co-facilitating social skills, parenting, and teen life skills groups; and play-based therapy. Jessica has a passion for working with those who have experienced trauma, and she utilizes trauma informed approaches almost exclusively.
Jessica lives in the Canton area with her husband and young daughter. She looks forward to helping individuals and families reach their goals, restoring an overall sense of well-being.
